A. Get a regular urine test and culture done before going to the doctor to save time. Urine test report will come within 12 hrs and culture report will take 48 hrs. If they come out to be positive then doctor will start her on antibiotics ASAP. Culture report will help check which antibiotics to give. I have been through this with my daughter more than once. She has a problem of constipation which causes UTI

A. Hello! Can be urine infection. Without proper physical examination it is difficult to understand the symptoms. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal examination and seek medical advice. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice
