hi doctor my baby was 1 month 8 days old my baby last 3 days not passing stool but taken brest feed and formula milk urine passing also normal but stool only not passing some time crying more am given colimex drops after baby normal sleeps and gas passing 5 to 6 times back to back any prblm why to come this type prblms sir

No problem at all because constipation is considered completely normal as per this age so you do not have to worry about it as of now all the things are completely normal flow child is passing proper urine and taking all the feelings properly then their absolutely nothing for you to be worried about
