ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 20 months yes Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

Milk is only a part of the meal. Serve your child healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage eating healthy. Good luck and take care
