Hi Doctor my baby just completed 6 months. He has a habit of making some sound ( face is like giving pressure ) for bringing the poop outside . i observed this first time in his 3rd month, at that time sometimes he will give little pressure and sometimes he will go calmly but from past one month 5th whenever he goes to bathroom he is putting more pressure and making sound . poop is yellow or mustard yellow in color and sometimes semi liquid or paste consistency as usual.. I am worried why he is putting this much pressure while poop. He is on exclusive breast feeding and his weight is 7.5 and from past one week I introduced Carrot ,apple , cerelac pures in afternoon. I am worrying a lot as he looks like struggling. please suggest.
