Hi doctor my baby is just 1 nd half month old doctor what we should do to increase the breastmilk she's not getting breast milk please help me out to get increase my breastmilk

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello to increase the milk secretion you can take lactare tablet or galact granules and also include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also include khus khus which helps too
