Hi Doctor, My baby is having running nose and having difficulty in breathing. I had given sinarest af drops for last 3 days still he is having cold. What needs to be done to ease his breathing so that he can sleep properly.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he is having a cold with running nose so give him 3 ml syrup sinarest and 2 ml syrup Ascoril Ls three times a day
