paracetamol can be given maximums 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccines fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

If required give a cold compress on the vaccinated area. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
