Hi doctor my baby is 7 days old.. yesterday we went for general paediatric checkup doc checked and said mumur sound in heart, so we did 2D echo and report came as ASD 3.5 mm and VSD 3.2 mm is this a serious condition or does the holes close on it’s own or requires any surgery
