Q.

Hi Doctor my baby is 6.5 months old. is it safe to give her Sooji (semolina) to her at this age or should we wait? Also, I have heard ragi is good for babies. Do we need to first roast the ragi flour n then prepare dishes or can we directly use ragi flour n boil in water?

A. Yes after completing the age of six months you can introduce Suji to the child it is totally safe to be given to the child after completing the age of six months and it’s actually very light and easy for the child to digest as well
