Hi doctor.. My baby is 4 month old now.. He was preterm at 34 weeks. Birth weight was 1.495kg.now his weight is 4.700..he had bronchiolitis 1 month ago.. He was admitted for 1 week for the same.. Still now he is having the same nasal congestion.. Its not completely recovering.. No cough or fever.

Thank you so much doctor.. Really helpful.. My baby is otherwise perfectly ok..am using nasal saline drops.. Nebulize also with hyperneb.. But sound and congestion still ter.. Mucus also ter in the nose.. Tats y sometimes difficulty in feeding

they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. 
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secxretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal xcavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
