hi doctor my baby is 4 month and 20 days I feed him only breastfeeding completely but I think his growth is little down so can I give him outside food

A. No, dear mum, outside foods should not be given now. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then growth is fine.
