hi doctor my baby is 3years old and he is not interested in any thing like he is listening to everything but he is not responding , he only says mommy and daddy sometime when he like he sing poems what should I do..

don't force your child for anything..
he will learn slowly in school..
let him explore and play..
don't yell at your kid..
they have their own interests

Make meal time fun with toys and story
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana etc
