Q.
hi doctor my baby is 36 days. she is on breastfeeding. but from last 2-3 days milk suppply is very low. what can i do to increase milk ?? the supply was more than enough in starting days. what reasons can cause low milk supply ??

When Sometimes the milk is not consumed in the similar quantity as a body is making somebody gets a signal and reduces down the production of milk that’s very natural and normal as of now what I can tell you you should have really good amount of fruits fibres and protein rich diet try to have about 3 to 4 L of liquid is in a day are going to help otherwise you can take a support of lactation supplement as well
