you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentsee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

Yes Of course you can use a waste very bad here and I would like to clear a doubt for you that it is not going to help in reduction of the belly or something it is that it is going to avoid sagging of the tummy which is very common after delivery so don’t think it is going to help in reducing the weight or tummy in any manner
