hi doctor my baby is 2 year old.. she's having cold cough and fever.. after giving paracetamol again y she's getting fever ??????? also shez getting teeth

A. hello m it is better to visit your pediatrician as there might be some underlying infection which is causing fever again and again the doctor will do the needful after checking kid properly
