hi doctor, my baby is 1 year old in she wake up very frequently and feels very comfortable or restless.kindly advice

A. Hi, Are you doing massage min 2-3 times in a day. Please do as this will help in getting Good sleep. This will relax the body of the baby. Do it especially before sleeping. Also sometimes gas problem cause sleep issue. Give Gastika ayurvedic medicine for gas related issues.
