hi doctor my baby is 1.5 yrs and at a wt of 15kg and is having cold so pediatrician suggested sinerest af drops but I have the dosage for 1 yr saying 0.5ml for 2 days and 3 times a day, can I continue the same dosage even now and is this medicine safe? thanks

A. at this age you have to give 1 ml to the child and it can be given maximum two or three times per day You will get more guidance and information regarding this from your treating doctor. So kindly remain in contact with your doctor for clarification of your doubts Meet your doctor for relevant advice. Take care and stay safe
