Continue to give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups including all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give milk and milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed.
