Q.

hi doctor, my baby boy 45 days old, sleeps while feeding (breastfeeding).. wakes up when I try burping him... can I skip the burping if he sleeps off during feed.

A. See I would just say if your child has slept off already during the taking the feeding specially in the night time then let your child be otherwise it’s good if you get the burping done if your child is awake then try to keep your child on shoulder to give a burping otherwise otherwise you can let that be the child is sleeping don’t go for burping let your child sleep comfortably
