Hi Doctor my baby boy 4 months old he born with 3.17 weight now he is having only 3 kg weight how to again more weight as per kids weight chart what are best items to eat to get more milk for feeding

Mam if I’m not mistaken and your child has not gained anything in fact your child has lost same painting grams or something whatever end of child only 3 KG now I think your breastfeeding is not working if you really want your child to have a healthy weight gain and please stop breastfeeding and start giving formula feeding to the child right now
