Q.
hi doctor my baby(1year 1 month) had fever from 2 days.today he did watery poo 2 times and vomited 1 time after giving paracetamol syrup..he ate solid foods and breast milk. now we have given domstal syrup.. should we continue to give paracetamol?if there is no fever? he is active.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give in sos, keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. and act accordingly.
Give ORS to the baby at regular intervals to keep dehydration at bay.
for further advice, talk to your baby s doctor

Ritika ChoudharyMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello Mommy, if baby is active, having all meals on time with out any cranky behaviour and do not have fever then don't give paracetamol or any painkillers. It's prescribed to be given SOS only.
