hi doctor.. is the presence of extra renal pelvis is harmful.?? also my baby platelets count is around 787000.. why is this increasing.. she was effected with uti and we provided antibiotics and its clear now.. but during these procedures we came to that she has an extra renal pelvis and platelets counts r going high
