hi doctor I'm in 6th month pregnancy in tiffa scan report they mentioned mild prominence of bilateral renal pelvis with ap diameter of renal pelvis are about 4mm in highlight is this a problem?

A. this you ask a pediatrician surgeon.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosisSee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

I completed my tiffa scan yesterday. in report it is mentioned that left renal pelvis measures 2.4mm and right renal pelvis measures 4.0mm and also mentioned that mild renal pelvic dilatation with normal renal parenchymal texture. It is also mentioned that left uterine artery doppler shows increased resistance flow. right one is normal. What to do madam, is it major issue.
