Hi Doctor Is MR/MMR vaccine good for babies?I have heard some news related to this vaccine ,measles is not good for babies

vaccine is very important to increase the immunity of the body. very important to complete the course of vaccination which come before 5 years of age because this is the age group in which children are prone to vaccine preventable diseases
