hi doctor. is it safe to apply turmeric powder on middle of the head to 3 months old baby. as my mother says it will prevent him from cold.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't apply if his soft spot is not closed.. use Saffron on forehead , it gets instant relief from cold, mix a few strands in milk and apply the same on forehead. give indirect steam. inhalation, increase breast feeding, do mustard oil massage
