Hi doctor, is it normal to spit the milk when the baby started turning around and rolling.? also the baby is becoming lean while growing?

Little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies due to the acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows. So no need to worry.
Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months. If the weight has doubled then no need to worry
