hi doctor, im one month baby old mother i hve less milk supply for my baby, he Cry's so much and even he dont drink formula milk also so plz suggest some solutions 🙏🙏🙏🙏

A. Try to increase your lactation by having a balanced diet good amount of liquid every day and also you can take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps a lot in increasing the lactation apart from that the second option is formula milk only to try this hopefully that should help you
