Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc

You You get an ultrasound done 1st to know what is the issue sometimes it is not pregnancy sometimes it could be due to hormonal changes in the body and sometimes it could be due to any third issue but an ultrasound can only reveal as to what could be the issue of the first of all you consult your gynaecologist and go for an ultrasound
