Hi Doctor, I would like to know about night time routine. After giving meal should we make your lo play for a while and then have milk when they feel sleepy or give meal and milk with a gap of 10-15 mins. what to do if baby doesn't sleep after having meal and food for night.

A. Hi dear mom Yes after giving meal let ur baby play so that the food is digester. Dim the lights, make calm environment, no distraction in the room so that baby sleeps. Take care and all the best
