hi doctor ,i've a query about covid vaccination. I'm a breastfeeding mom of 20 month old baby can I take covid vaccination ? there are some rumours that bf moms cannot take covid vaccine . is that true

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see now you can take it ok. no problem. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

as per new guidelines of government, it is safe for lactating mothers to take Corona vaccine.
so yes you can take.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
Maintain good hygiene
