hi doctor I tried extracting the breast milk and gave him through feeding bottle but stil he us not happy he drinks max 30ml and pushes it away and wanting FM his dad and his cousins never preferred BM as they drank BM just for few days after birth is it hereditary?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there may be some latching issues which to address is better to feed the baby directly from the breast For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

Hi You are saying breast milk both of the time so I don’t know all your other people preferred breastfeeding or formula feeding that’s not clear to me if your child is not happy with your breastfeeding then you continue with formula feeding only it is more important that what your child is preferring
