hi! doctor I m mom of 2children's I m 25 yrs old my problem is I m getting weak day by day I m not sick everything is normal, give me the suggession what is this

A. you need to focus in eating healthy food, daily take peanut jaggery ladoo, dates, dry fruits or it's ladoo . it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
