Q.

Hi Doctor... I'm having 1 baby girl... Now we planned to the next baby.. so my periods cycle is regular only but this month i missed my periods cycle.. now 40 days is done. Today morning i checked pregtest but result is negative.. what is the problem? can u pls reply me
