A. Tips to deal with irregular periods: a) Exercise after consulting with your doctor b) Healthy diet - fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts c) Remain stress free and sleep properly d) Consult with your doctor for vitamin supplements - eat legumes, meat, green leafy vegetables etc.
