Hi Doctor, I'm 36week pregnant now. I have too much swelling on my legs. specially on left leg. now a days I found my face and hands also looks swelled after waking up. please see the attached picture and suggest.

No need to worry
Use pillow below your legs
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
