Hi doctor i hv 3.5 year daughter but she always complaint about she is tired pls suggest

give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

it happens because of nutritional deficiencies
you . must offer Healthy and well blanaced diet
give Healthy food options like fruits, nuts,dry fruits , etc more
avoid giving RO water
give Massage to your child daily ,it will definitely help.
