you need to consult your pediatrician.
along with that , do the following things to prevent it :
1 .go to bed at the same time everyday.
2. Establish a relaxing bedtime routine such as taking warm bath or listening to soothing music.
3.Create dark ,quiet and comfortable sleep environment for your child.
4. Lower the temperature in your child's bedroom to less than 26 degree.
5. Limit liquids before bedtime and ensure your child empties their bladder before going to bed.
6 . Avoid caffeine and sugar before bedtime.
7. Avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time.
