Q.

Hi Doctor.. I had hypothyroidism before pregnancy.. Was taking 100 mg medicine at that time.. During pregnancy I had to increase my intake from 100 to 125 mg.. Now my baby is three months old and I continued with 100 mg post delivery. My TSH level went down to 0.12 level. How much mg should I change to from 100 mg? It should be 75 mg or 88 mg?

A. hi if yiu had hypothyroidism then you can try yo taje a lower dose now. go fir 50 mcg now and then after two months judt reoest n see the test
