Hi Doctor, I had c section delivery and iam still bleeding for 100days why it’s happening? I checked with gynaecologist they said it’s hormonal imbalance so have 2 shots of progesterone (DMPA)150mg IM injection And also did D&c still it’s bleeding Pls advice

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. The D&C bleeding may begin as light spotting and then progress to a heavier flow with clots after a few days. You may have some level of bleeding for up to two weeks, although it should not remain heavy for that entire time.
