you should have a prodper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take dphysiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

it seems like you are having nutritional deficiencies as well as gas problem
so first,I advise to eat healthy and nutritious diet
take calcium supplements as per your doctor's Prescription.
but avoid overeating
take natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
take one banana in a day
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
