hi doctor I am having headache from 2-3 days , nausea ,feeling tired most of the time ,sometime have the pain in pelvis .My period date is due on 20 of Jan .but from yesterday there is some bleeding but it's not like a period bleeding..on morning there was a bleeding then it take a gap of 5-6 Hour then again there was a blood..is this a sign of pregnancy or period blood...when should I test for a pregnancy plz suggest.
