hello doctor my 8 month is about to get over within 4 days, n I'm having extreme headache n feeling of nausea

A. hi please get your BP checked. it is important limit your salt and sugar intake drink plenty of water around 3-4 litter per day. Do Massage with warm coconut oil on your head. avoid using screens like tv mobile iPad etc which increase stress on eyes . take adequate sleep.
