hi doctor. I am 31 weeks pregnant from 9week to 31 weeks I gained 15 kgs weight now my weight is 77kgs I am very worried after delivery I want my slim body back. I am very worried. is it true and really that I will get back my shape after delivery?

A. If you do really hard work like proper diet and exercises you will get back your body shape. Now you don’t worry about this . Just enjoy your pregnancy life

A. Exercise. A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the best way to shed the pounds. Exercise will help you lose fat instead of muscle. Once you are ready to start losing weight, eat a little less and move a little more each day.
