Do have regular daily walking
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.

If you're 31 weeks pregnant, you're in month 7 of your pregnancy.. any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help in baby growth also
