Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you could get headache in pregnancy and one main reason could be hormonal changes. drink lots of water and keep yourself well hydrated. take enough rest and sleep during the day for a while. eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. eat whatever you like. don't take stress. headache will disappear on its own. I can understand you may be feeling hard but it usually should go away.on it's own. if you want to taje any medicine then please consult your gynecologist once.
