hi doctor good morning,my kid age is 6yrs old and his weight 16.5. so his weight is ok for this age

By the age of six we actually expect the child to be somewhere around 20 kg so if I just work upon average weight of your child this is little less so try to include proper proteins in the diet for overall weight gain and growth and give a balanced nutrition that which is essentially very very important
