hi doctor, delivery hoke 2months ho chuke h.lekin fir bhi milk production bahut km h..breast dheele ho chuke h..to me konse tablet lu ki milk increase ho jayega..shatavari leti hu din me 2bar.. please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are not having proper milk production you should make the baby comfortable and give proper attachment to the breast so that the baby can suck properly also take a healthy diet plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet
