Hi Doctor Can you please suggest how much quantity a 1 year old should eat to have a nutritional diet ?

The quantity is not faced it’s totally dependent from child to child how much do they want to eat so you should give it according to the need and appetite of your child you can figure out when your child is eating slowly you will have an idea what’s the amount of food that your child comfortably eat
