Hi Doctor, can we give oats to 7month old baby as daliaya? can we add somall amount of vegetables in cereal? thanks

A. Hi ..yes you can give both n can add veggies also Homemade Oatmeal cereal and porridge is fine to introduce to your baby as a first food.. Oats are easy to digest and have high nutritive values.you can give oats to your babies as it is packed with Vitamins, Calcium, protein, and minerals.
