Hi Doctor, can we give oats to 7month old baby as daliaya? can we add somall amount of vegetables in cereal? thanks

Homemade Oatmeal cereal and porridge is fine to introduce to your baby as a first food..
Oats are easy to digest and have high nutritive values.you can give oats to your babies as it is packed with Vitamins, Calcium, protein, and minerals.
