Hi doctor,,, am at 8th of pregnancy.... I get back pain at night if I sleep without knowing straight n take position to left or right side... First pregnancy is C- section delivery... how to overcome from back pain

A. well this us normal to have a back pain in your body in pregnancy abd yiy can just take calcium rich fiidd foods abd se see that you can rest more
